Refund policy

I have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, contact me at teresa@silverpoet.com. If your return is accepted, I will send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to me without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please contact me for any return questions at teresa@silverpoet.com.

Damages or faulty craftsmanship 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom orders and personalized orders.  Unfortunately, I cannot accept returns on sale items.

Exchanges
Because I create one-of-a-kind, limited edition items, exchanges are not possible.

Returns
I will notify you once I have received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. Returns are processed for the current listed price of an item.

Sale Price Adjustments/Refunds
Unlike major retailers, I am unable to offer price adjustments or price protections for prior purchases of items that are later offered at a discount. Thank you for your understanding and support of my small business.
